Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer π’

Lead and manage the design of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems while mentoring engineering staff and coordinating multi-discipline project efforts across teams.
Requirements: π
β
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required
β
5-8+ years of experience in mechanical building systems within a consulting engineering environment
β
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Maryland or eligible via reciprocity)
β
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
β
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design for new construction and renovations
β
Ability to develop and review design approaches, methodologies, and calculations
β
Experience preparing and coordinating drawings, specifications, and technical documents
β
QA/QC review experience to ensure quality and accuracy
β
Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering staff
β
Experience with construction administration including site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
β
Knowledge of codes, standards, and quality control procedures
β
Active or obtainable security clearance
β
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future
