βœ… Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
βœ… U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED (mandated by federal law due to exposure to DoD and DoE data)
βœ… Recent graduate or up to 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical or fluids engineering
βœ… Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) required
βœ… Background or familiarity with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) strongly preferred
βœ… Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical training
βœ… Enthusiasm for working across multiple industries and solving complex problems
βœ… Flexibility to travel 3-5 days per month for client support and training
βœ… Ability to handle sensitive data under DoD and DoE contracts
βœ… LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED (Tulsa area or within 50-100 mile radius)
